An alumnus of Puyallup Washington Butler was interested in the arts while growing as a child. She was a stage performer as well as in the schools. After moving to Los Angeles, she studied acting at The University of Southern California and was Belle the Princess on the stage in Beauty and the Beast at Disneyland for one year and an entire quarter. Her primary goal was to get a good agent for talent. She then auditioned for TV roles as well as film. Butler was the guest in the TV series CSI: Miami, CSI: NY.
